Eric Phillips, the founder, and owner of Phillips Real Estate launched the company in 2006 to provide property management and real estate advisory services to his growing clientele.
Prior to establishing his own firm, Eric was President of Capital Property Management, where he led that organization’s business operations, which included the financial management and physical maintenance of over 300 properties, with an estimated value of $500 million.
